What Matters to Us

At Flourish Arts Network CIC (FAN CIC), our purpose is simple:
To bring people together through creativity, nature and community, and in welcoming ways that support wellbeing.

As a not-for-profit, we exist to create community workshops that make a real difference to people's lives, especially those who face barriers to accessing creative opportunities.

Our Mission

We provide welcoming, safe spaces where people, particularly those from local disadvantaged or marginalised communities, can engage in arts and gardening workshops. Through creative expression, skill-building and community connection, we enhance mental wellbeing while fostering a sustainable and inclusive environment.

Our Vision

Our vision is to enrich individuals and our local community of Castle Point by cultivating creativity and reconnecting people with the arts and natural world.

Our Values

Our values are the roots:
they help us grow in the right direction, shaping how we create, how we connect and how we care for our community (and our planet).

  • Creativity
  • Growth
  • Empathy
  • Community
  • Sustainability

Flourish Arts Network CIC was founded by sisters Natasha and Amanda, local artists and teachers who know first-hand how creativity and nature can boost wellbeing and bring people together.

That’s why they created Flourish Arts Network: a not-for-profit community organisation offering affordable workshops that support wellbeing, build connection and help people Flourish - no experience needed.

Starting small, growing local and building community... one workshop at a time.
