These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made via our website (flourish-arts-network.uk) using the Book That In booking system, on behalf of Flourish Arts Network CIC. By booking a workshop, course, or event with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

3. Workshop Bookings

• All bookings are made through Book That In, which requires users to create an account.
  
   
• Workshops may be free or paid, and are held in person at various locations.
  
   
• Some workshops may have age, accessibility, or content restrictions, which will be clearly indicated in the workshop description.
  
   
• Parents, guardians, or carers making bookings on behalf of children or individuals who may need additional support are responsible for reviewing these Terms and ensuring suitability and compliance.
  
   

4. Payments and Fees

• Payments are securely processed through Book That In, using the Stripe payment system.
  
   
• A small booking fee may apply depending on the type and price of the workshop. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown at the time of booking.
  
   

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If You Cancel:

• You may cancel a booking up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund.
  
   
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date will not be eligible for a refund.
  
   
• In exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a rescheduled booking instead of a refund.
  
   

If We Cancel:

• In the event we need to cancel a workshop, we will:
  
  
  • Offer a rescheduled date, or
    
     
  • Provide a full refund if the event is not rescheduled or if you are unable to attend the new date.
    
     

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully towards facilitators and other attendees.
  
   
• You may be required to bring specific items or materials, as detailed in the workshop listing.
  
   
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.
  
   

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Flourish Arts Network CIC is not liable for:
  
  
  • Any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in our workshops, except where required by law.
    
     
  • Circumstances beyond our control that may affect your ability to attend.
    
     
• Where workshops involve physical activity, craft, or tools, participation is undertaken at your own risk.

• We collect and process personal data (such as your name, email address, and booking details) solely for the purposes of managing your booking, processing payments, and communicating about your participation.
  
   
• Your data is collected via Book That In, and stored securely in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
